Acting CEO

Andrew has 20 years’ experience in entrepreneurship and leadership roles in the mining industry. This includes founding and serving as CEO at MineWare Pty Ltd from 2005 through to its acquisition by Komatsu Ltd in 2017. Andrew also currently holds a VP role at RCF Jolimont, a growth equity firm specialising in mining innovation investment. Andrew’s qualifications include a Masters of Engineering and MBA.

Experienced Financial Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the mining & metals industry. Skilled in Business Planning, International Accounting, Management, Revenue Recognition, and Cash Flow Forecasting.

Terry Henrikson

Terry Henrikson

General Manager Asia Pacific

Terry is a heavy industry consultant with over 25 years’ experience working for a range of blue-chip clients within the resources sector. He specialises in project management and implementation of management operating systems (MOS) and has worked on a variety of projects in Australia and internationally.

Emelia Chalker

Head of Marketing

Emelia is a passionate, talented and versatile marketing and communications specialist. Armed with over 14 years’ industry experience, she has the proven ability to ensure that brand messages, standards and communications are both well-understood and effectively implemented. Emelia is results-driven and her passions include strategy, project management, content management, digital marketing and event management.

Helen Foreman

Head of Customer Experience

Helen has over 17 years of experience in varied leadership and management roles in the Defence, Property and Mining Industries. Experienced in global implementations (including remote delivery), Helen is a specialist in logistical management and highly experienced in leading and managing large and diverse teams to deliver objectives. As Head of Customer Experience, she supports clients from Rio Tinto, BHP, Evolution Mining, Glencore Zinc and Anglo American to name a few.

Paul Moynagh

Co-founder and Director Commit Works

With a Masters in Quality Management and over 20 years experience helping operational businesses improve performance, Paul has both theoretical knowledge and significant practical experience delivering improved performance in complex operations. He has experience in mining, manufacturing and finance industries and has a passion for designing systems that improve performance.

Bryce

Bryce Greig

CEO and Director of ACAC Innovation

Bryce took over the reins from his father and founder, former Bechtel executive Andy Greig, in 2019. He is an experienced lawyer and businessman whose previous work took him everywhere from the Pilbara in Western Australia to Saudi Arabia. Having worked for large domestic and international corporations like Norton Rose Fulbright and Bechtel, he knows what a successful business model looks like and how to make it succeed. Bryce’s credentials have led to him being appointed to the board of several of ACAC Innovation’s startups as a non-executive director. Bryce is passionate about helping people turn their innovative and disruptive ideas into successful ventures.

David Balkin

David Balkin

Former Senior Director of McKinsey & Company

David retired in 2005 as a senior Director of McKinsey & Company where he worked since 1980 based in Sydney acting as a firm leader within the Asia Pacific region. David led McKinsey's relationships with Australian and New Zealand global leaders in mining, dairy, and pulp and paper to improve their profitability and growth. He was one of McKinsey’s leading energy and basic materials experts; the builder of the New Zealand practice; and one of the leaders of their firm’s people development processes locally and globally.

Henry Ye

Henry Ye GAICD

Co-founder Aequora Capital, Former Executive/Early Investor at WiseTech Global

Henry has 20 years of executive experience in building up WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), an A$8bn+ listed global logistics software leader, including founding and managing WiseTech’s Greater China business. Henry has extensive Saas product development and commercialisation experience, as well as M&A and corporate development experience.
Henry co-founded Aequora Capital as a principal investment business, focused on helping growth stage technology businesses with global potential to become the next unicorn. Henry sits on the board of a number of investee companies, and is also a member of the UTS Entrepreneurial Leaders Advisory Board.

LYLE BRUCE

Lyle Bruce

Lyle Bruce has a track record of achievement in managing and growing mining technology businesses. He was Managing Director of GroundProbe from 2003 to 2013, taking it from zero revenue to a trade sale of more than $100 million in 2010.
