James has over 20 years of SaaS experience. Most recently, at Felix as their Chief Operating Officer James led teams in Sales, Projects, Marketing and Customer Success business units.

Throughout his senior executive career, he has delivered significant growth for leading organisations, MSL (MPowerMSL), ABB Enterprise Software, Ventyx, Data#3 and others.

Sneha is an accomplished financial controller with extensive management experience in a range of industries, including security, information technology, commercial real estate, and retail management. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills allows Sneha to effectively manage her team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients.


Terry Henrikson

General Manager Asia Pacific

Terry is a heavy industry consultant with over 25 years’ experience working for a range of blue-chip clients within the resources sector. He specialises in project management and implementation of management operating systems (MOS) and has worked on a variety of projects in Australia and internationally.


Ray Standing

Head of Projects

Ray is a driven professional with a multi-faceted CV. His proven record in Management Systems and Business Process Improvement has seen him successfully developing individuals and teams to deliver way beyond expectations. His experience spans a diverse range of business sectors including finance, retail, timber and mining, Ray has worked both as an independent consultant and with major companies such as BHP, creating real and lasting improvement in systems and processes.

Emelia is results-driven and her passions include strategy, project management, content management, digital marketing and event management.

Andres brings with him experience in sales leadership, operations management, and business development from diverse industries including mining technology, airlines, and industrial engineering. . He is responsible for operations, business development and account management, ensuring customers in the region can use the Commit Works' platform to drive maximum value into the business over the long-term.

Helen Foreman

Head of Customer Experience

Helen has over 17 years of experience in varied leadership and management roles in the Defence, Property and Mining Industries. Experienced in global implementations (including remote delivery), Helen is a specialist in logistical management and highly experienced in leading and managing large and diverse teams to deliver objectives. As Head of Customer Experience, she supports clients from Rio Tinto, BHP, Evolution Mining, Glencore Zinc and Anglo American to name a few.

Commercial Manager

Being an expert in Business Operations, Eske has been the backbone of the development of several start-ups driving operational best practice across all business functions to support growth.

She has advised clients on operational performance and has managed several front-to-end operational and legal projects, including IT System Implementations, Employee Training & Engagement Programs, Office Relocations and the set up of Legal Entities abroad.

Shaun is a technical leader with 15 years of experience, with a focus on incrementally designing, developing, and implementing quality solutions and improvements that measure and increase operational performance for the resource industry globally. He is passionate about continuous improvement and developing, and growing client, partner, and industry relationships.

Shaun's previous roles include Product Manager - Deswik.OPS for Deswik, Project Manager - GEOVIA InSite for Dassault Systèmes North America, and Product Manager - Data Integration and Visualization for RPMGlobal.

Penny is a highly skilled and resourceful problem-solver with a focussed and systematic approach to achieving results. Penny’s international career portfolio illustrates her broad experience and wealth of knowledge in developing successful marketing and sales strategies.

Penny uniquely combines a deep knowledge of hard rock mining with a flair for software sales. Her latest role as Business Development Lead for a leading mining software company sees Penny utilising these skills to deliver cutting edge services to mining companies.

With a Masters in Quality Management and over 20 years experience helping operational businesses improve performance, Paul has both theoretical knowledge and significant practical experience delivering improved performance in complex operations. He has experience in mining, manufacturing and finance industries and has a passion for designing systems that improve performance.


Bryce Greig

CEO and Director of ACAC Innovation

Bryce took over the reins from his father and founder, former Bechtel executive Andy Greig, in 2019. He is an experienced lawyer and businessman whose previous work took him everywhere from the Pilbara in Western Australia to Saudi Arabia. Having worked for large domestic and international corporations like Norton Rose Fulbright and Bechtel, he knows what a successful business model looks like and how to make it succeed. Bryce’s credentials have led to him being appointed to the board of several of ACAC Innovation’s startups as a non-executive director. Bryce is passionate about helping people turn their innovative and disruptive ideas into successful ventures.

David Balkin

Former Senior Director of McKinsey & Company

David retired in 2005 as a senior Director of McKinsey & Company where he worked since 1980 based in Sydney acting as a firm leader within the Asia Pacific region. David led McKinsey's relationships with Australian and New Zealand global leaders in mining, dairy, and pulp and paper to improve their profitability and growth. He was one of McKinsey’s leading energy and basic materials experts; the builder of the New Zealand practice; and one of the leaders of their firm’s people development processes locally and globally.

Henry Ye

Co-founder Aequora Capital, Former Executive/Early Investor at WiseTech Global

Henry has 20 years of executive experience in building up WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC), an A$8bn+ listed global logistics software leader, including founding and managing WiseTech’s Greater China business. Henry has extensive Saas product development and commercialisation experience, as well as M&A and corporate development experience.
Henry co-founded Aequora Capital as a principal investment business, focused on helping growth stage technology businesses with global potential to become the next unicorn. Henry sits on the board of a number of investee companies, and is also a member of the UTS Entrepreneurial Leaders Advisory Board.


Lyle Bruce

Lyle Bruce has a track record of achievement in managing and growing mining technology businesses. He was Managing Director of GroundProbe from 2003 to 2013, taking it from zero revenue to a trade sale of more than $100 million in 2010.

Andrew has 20 years’ experience in entrepreneurship and leadership roles in the mining industry. This includes founding and serving as CEO at MineWare Pty Ltd from 2005 through to its acquisition by Komatsu Ltd in 2017. Andrew also currently holds a VP role at RCF Jolimont, a growth equity firm specialising in mining innovation investment. Andrew’s qualifications include a Masters of Engineering and MBA.
